Very poor experience. The order was extremely delayed, and I never received any email confirmation after placing it. Despite informing them that I needed the order before a specific date, there was no way to know the order status or where it stood. All I was told was that the order would be shipped once ready, which is not sufficient โ a clear shipping date is necessary to plan accordingly. The confusing website navigation and lack of transparency wasted my time; had I known about these delays, I would have placed my order elsewhere.
